The bill (Reg. No. 2015), submitted by people’s deputies I.Berezhna and A.Pinchuk suggests refining the system of educatees’ interest protection.
During the discussion, attention was focused on the fact that according to the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law “On Trade Unions, their Rights and Guarantees of Activity”, educatees have the right to participate in trade unions parliament members stressed, however, that legislation does not determine rights and authorities of students’ trade unions.
People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions will promote refinement of the system of educatees’ interest protection and will increase general level of social protection of students.
